Added August 29,2008 Appointment of Walter Signora, as Darien High School Guidance Supervisor The Board of Education and Superintendent of Schools are pleased to announce the appointment of Walter Signora, as Darien High School Guidance Supervisor, who is expected to assume his responsibilities around mid September. Mr. Signora will succeed Robert Pomer who accepted an administrative position in Newton, MA. Added August 28, 2008 Darien Public Schools’ new Ed-Alert System Darien Public Schools’ Ed-Alert is an emergency notification service that allows parents and staff to receive emails and text messages about urgent information from the Office of the Darien Superintendent of Schools.
