Safe School Climate Plan

As required by Connecticut Public Act 11-232, “An Act Concerning the Strengthening of School Bullying Laws”, on December 13, 2011 the Darien Board of Education approved a Safe School Climate Plan. Kindergarten Registration

Kindergarten Registration will take place in Darien elementary schools in late January and early February 2012.

2011-12 Updated School Calendar

The Board of Education has reviewed the school calendar and has reaffirmed that as of September 8^th, the last day of school for students is June 14^th. As noted on the calendar, if schools are closed due to weather conditions, additional days will be added to the end of the school year. Also, this updated calendar includes late arrival days for High School only due to Professional Learning Communities meetings. Please click here to view the updated calendar.
