The Principal's Welcome - Dan Haron

Welcome to Darien High School’s web site. On this site you will find up-to-date information about virtually all aspects of our school community. DHS offers a rigorous and diverse academic program that caters to individual student needs and promotes a learning environment where excellence is pursued. Our spectacular high school also provides a wide variety of extra curricular activities ranging from athletics, to community service organizations, to special interest clubs, to performing arts groups – most of which have been locally and nationally recognized for their accomplishments. Part of my mission as the principal of DHS is to foster an environment where every student feels empowered to participate and be actively engaged in the assorted array of opportunities available at our school. DHS is a remarkable institution, and with your support, I plan to continue to propel it forward on the path of success.
