The MMS Directory is a publication of the Middlesex Parent Association (MPA). The book is available for purchase at the parents' Open House at the beginning of each school year.

The Directory Committee obtains information for the directory, and permission to publish this information, by the use of directory slips which are mailed to all parents each spring. These slips give the MPA the right to publish the student in the directory in accordance with the Privacy Act, and must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. One slip is required per student.

Students New to MMS
To include any student in the directory who has not been published in the previous directory (including incoming 6th graders), a parent or guardian must sign a directory slip and return it to the MMS office. No student will be included in the directory without a signed slip.

Returning students
Directory slips are not required for returning students who have been previously published. Parents may submit a slip as necessary for changes of address or telephone.

Your Directory slip should include your student's name as you wish it to appear in the directory. Do not include any cell or office telephones. Emails listed will not be published in the directory, but will be given to MPN volunteers for their distribution list. Signed slips must be returned to the MMS Office.

Please note that the Directory Committee's student database is entirely separate from the school's. It is the parent's responsibility to provide information directly to the Committee via signed slips. Informing the Committee of any changes is not the responsibility of the MMS staff.
