7th Grade Technology Education
In 7th grade students will be introduced to Materials Processing, Students will learn about woods, metals and plastics. Projects will be constructed using the problem-solving model. The final project will challenge the students to integrate academic knowledge and skills learned in class to be successful. Proper and safe use of tools machines is stressed.
8th Grade Technology Education
In 8th grade students will more deeply examine the fields of transportation, construction and energy. Students will be designing and building models to provide a real world application of technology. Exisiting cross connections with academic subjects will be enhanced. Proper and safe tools and machines use will be reinforced.
