J. T. V. - Volume #1
By Jay A., Purple Team

With loads of new seasons starting back in September, there were several shows over the summer that caught my eye and kept me entertained this during those sunny months.

First, Who Wants to be a Superhero? on Sci Fi. That right Sci Fi! I didn't even know Sci Fi existed until Who Wants to be a Superhero? The show started off with 12 people that each with a life long dream of being a real superhero, and when they get kicked off, their dreams are destroyed. Except for Iron Enforcer; creator and comic book writer Stan Lee turned him into Dark Enforcer, and made him the super villian needed to challenge the rest of the contestants. With Major Victory's style, Nitro G's speed, Fat Mama's doughnuts, and Feedback's intelligence, it kept me watching. Overall grade 93%.

Project Runway's Final 9, the half way point in the show, was miserable, but it shaped up when it came down to the Final 5. High points included the cast's trip to Paris, seeing Angela and Vincent get booted, and Kayne in the Final 5 after ratting out Keith for using the illegal design books. Laura and Michael, the two best outfit makers, are my final two. But Uli, a close 3rd, could make a run as the final weeks approach. Good luck Jeffrey, NOT! Overall grade 89%.

The shows coming up… on Mondays check out The Class on CBS, and definitely How I Met Your Mother, season 2. Will Ted and Robin stay together? Tuesdays, I'll be watching Emmit Smith do the tengo on Dancing with the Stars Also Deal or No Deal will make it's triumphant return to Tuesday nights. Wednesday is time for Jerry Springer to waltz out of the building on the Dancing with the Stars result show. Thursday Survivor and My Name is Earl make up my favorite night. Then skip two days, and maybe you can watch Deal or No Deal, but it's worth the wait because it's the most Amazing Race on Sunday night!
