Bronx Zoo Trip - 2010!
Zoo Field Trip Information
The Orange Team will be traveling to the Bronx Zoo on Thursday, April 29, 2010. Students will apply English and Social Studies skills to learn about the importance of zoo design and habitat preservation.
For this trip, we are asking that all students wear white tops to help with easy identification. Students will also need to pack their own lunch or have enough money to buy food from the zoo's cafeteria. We will be doing a lot walking, so please make sure your child is wearing the proper footwear (ie, walking shoes).
Student Responsibilities in Short:
Wear a white shirt, but appropriately for the weather;
Walking shoes only;
Bring a lunch / or / have enough money for lunch;
6th finger (something to write with).

Depart MMS: 8:20 AM
Depart Bronx Zoo: 2:15 PM
Return to MMS: 3:30 PM

Students must complete the following forms:
All forms must be turned into your child(ren)'s homeroom teacher along with a check for $35 made payable to MMS. Please do not send cash. Concerns of financial assistance may be directed to Mr. Silvey or the appropriate guidance counselor.
