Dana Howe’s room is vibrant in both color and mood. The decorations are florescent and portray her bright persona. Creating a positive and fun vibe, they embellish the room’s appearance.  She moved into her first floor crib freshman year and was able to personalize every detail from the green walls to the artsy photos. She always finds ways to improve the design by adding pictures of her friends and favorite musicians on the walls.

Her room is highlighted by a giant poster of Bob Dylan, the first thing she sees in the morning. This poster puts her in an optimistic mood, getting her ready for the day ahead. Her massive bulletin board is covered with inspirational quotes about peace and happiness.

Dana’s favorite quote is

“Happiness consists in realizing that it is all a strange dream.”
