January Pet of the Month: The Almighty Voltaire
By Angie Makris
NEIRAD enilno edition
Our Voltaire cares nothing about philosophy or the Age of Enlightenment. All this little guy cares about is finding a loving person to call his very own. Voltaire is a nine-year-old Chihuahua who lost his home when his owner became too ill to care for him. Weighing in at a mere 11 pounds, Voltaire is a vocal pooch who would do best in a private home with a yard, and he would prefer an adult-only home, perhaps with a retired person, who can spend a lot of time relaxing with him and going out for walks and exercise. Housebreaking work is needed. Voltaire is fond of friendly cats, and gets along with some pooches.
If you're interested in meeting Voltaire please stop by 504 Main Ave., Norwalk or call PAWS at 750-9572, or visit the website: www.pawsct.org
PAWS has many great dogs and cats available for adoption.
