NEIRAD Top 5: February Vacations
By Katherine Minion- 11/02
February Break is the vacation that all students long for after a week of stressful midterm exams followed by about three regular uninterrupted weeks of school (snow days excepting). For most, it is a time to rest and recover. Students do this in many different ways. Some families plan exotic vacations outside of the United States; some drive up to their favorite place to ski before the last of the season’s snow melts; others spend the week in the comfort of their own homes to relax and do all the things that there just aren’t enough time for during the school week. Neirad Enilno talked to students to find out what their plans are for the upcoming winter recess.

Senior Rachel McGlade:
“I’m going to Miami because that’s where I used to live.”

Sophomores Paxton Voigt and Caitlin Burke:
“We are going on vacation together to Boca Raton, Florida.”

Junior Lilly Cassidy and Senior Kevin Cassidy:
“We’re looking forward to spending time with family this vacation.”

Junior Mary Elliott:
“I’m going college visiting.”

Junior Veronika Kelemen
“I am going to my ski house in Vermont.”
