Welcome to Royle Elementary School

Secretary Jessica Presser will be available on most Mondays & Wednesdays between 10 - 2 to process student registration and to answer questions. 

If you wish to register a student, it is important that you do so by Tuesday July 31st.

If you cannot register your child on a Monday or Wednesday prior to July 31st, please contact the secretary to the assistant superintendent, Linda Piro lpiro@darienps.org , at 203-655-7409 at the Board of Education building located at 35 Leroy Avenue.
The Royle School Main Office will resume regular school hours on August 18th.   The first day of school is August 25th.

As required by Connecticut Public Act 11-232, “An Act Concerning the Strengthening of School Bullying Laws”, on December 13, 2011 the Darien Board of Education approved a Safe School Climate Plan. Green Cleaning Programs in Schools (CT PUBLIC ACT 09-81)

The State of Connecticut is requiring that each local and regional board of education implement a green cleaning program for all school buildings and facilities in its district.

The Darien Public Schools is committed to the implementation of this law by providing the staff and the parents and guardians of each child enrolled in each school with a written statement of the school district’s green cleaning program as well as making it available on its web site annually.
