There are many wonderful ways to support Royle School . We offer several fundraisers throughout the year with something for everyone. The first, Royle Wrap-Up is our largest fundraiser and will start on September 6th. Your participation is critical to its success! Wrap-Up is a Royle tradition that for over two decades has served as our major fundraiser. Last year, more than 75% of our families participated, raising 75% of the PTO's annual budget.

In addition to Royle Wrap-Up, there are other opportunities to participate in our fundraising efforts. Please look for our traditional fall and spring Book Fairs, Box Tops, Drink Pouch Recycling, Stop & shop Bonus Bucks Program, Royle Rags and our Royle Gift Card sales throughout the year.

The majority of the money that is raised from these combined efforts directly benefit our children in the form of wonderful enrichment programs, such as Child's Play, Theatreworks, and author visits. In addition, it helps to pay for class field trips. Both enrichment programs and field trips tie into the curriculum and enhance the children's overall learning experience at Royle School .

The CDSP (Council of Darien School Parents), the umbrella organization for the PTOs of the Darien Public Schools, currently has an agreement in place which allows the elementary school PTO's to spend $100 per student in the course of a school year. Our final operating budget is based on this $100 times our student enrollment as of October 1st, 2011.
