Highlight Reel

In this project, you will work independently to create a 1-3min highlight reel that can air on WAVE TV, be shown on the school VBRICK system, or posted on our school website. Mrs. MarkAnthony will select the best composition for broadcast.

Directions

• Open project from video drive
• Edit video footage to create an entertaining visually compelling 1-3min composition
• Use Mr.Vlahos’ new sports transition video clip for hard to cut scenes. You must remove the black background for at least 1 use
• Do not use cross fades (it is not intended for sporting events)
• Implement a quick flash to white transition using a white solid from the media generator
• If you have the time implement a voiceover
• Save project file in the video drive folder with your last name as the filename
• If finished you still have your PSA, Citizen Kane Paper, and other extracurricular activity to work on (hint you can open up two Vegas programs at the same time)
