GREAT ARTICLE ON CONSTITUTIONAL ARGUMENTS AGAINST HEALTH CARE REFORM- WILL THEY SUCCEED?  If you understand this article (there are a lot of references to material we covered as well as material you would’ve covered last year in US History), then you are well on your way to completing this course of study.

Great articles on the face-off btw Pres. Obama and Chief Justice Roberts, also excellent article on how a nominees ideology can change overtime.
