School Facilities Surveys
CT State School Facility Survey – Form SCG-050

The state Education Department, Bureau of School Facilities, requires that public school districts must complete a survey of all buildings every three years. The survey is performed on all locations that house students. Our buildings were last surveyed in 2013, and were surveyed in October of 2016. The survey forms, which were previously known as Form ED050, are required to be posted on the district website for public review. We also maintain a copy of the forms in the Facilities Department at 35 Leroy Avenue. If you wish to view these forms in person, please call 203-656-7418.
