Note: Connecticut General Statute § 10-234aa et seq. requires boards of education to enter into written contracts with consultants and operators (collectively, "contractors") prior to providing contractors with, or allowing them to access, student information, student records or student generated content. This law further requires boards to provide written notice of execution of such a contract and post such notice on the boards website, along with the executed contract.
