Assistive Technology

Our school district uses technology to support every learner. Lori Ritvo is our in-house expert on assistive technology. She works with many students and staff to better utilize technology resources in support of learning. Her responsibilities include assessing the specific needs of learners, and then procuring, customizing, and implementing appropriate assistive technologies to enhance their ability to communicate and learn. Additionally, Lori provides training and support to users, collaborates with educators, and stays well-informed of emerging assistive technologies to ensure that all learners have the tools and resources they need to achieve their individual learning goals.
