Exposure Control Plan

Darien Public Schools is committed to providing a safe and healthful work environment for both the employees and students in accordance with state and federal law. The following Exposure Control Plan (ECP) is provided to eliminate or minimize occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration ("OSHA") standard 29 CFR 1910.1030, "Occupational Exposure to Blood-borne Pathogens" ("OSHA Standard").
